HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE

Should the need for service arise, please contact the Hannspree Technical Service Center in your country.

  • Our Technical Service Center will provide you with instructions on the product return and repair process. Services covered by the warranty as described in the “Limited Warranty Coverage” will be provided at no cost to the customer. Other services as defined in this manual will be performed at the customer’s expense.
  • The customer is responsible for packing the defective product.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING MATERIALS FOR CONVENIENCE IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT YOU REQUIRE SERVICE.
