HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

Should the need for warranty service arise, please complete the repair form found here.

  • Once the form above is completed, our repair team will provide you with a confirmation and RMA number.
  • Services covered by the warranty as described in the “Limited Warranty Coverage” will be provided at no cost to the customer.
  • Other services as defined in this manual will be performed at the customer’s expense.
  • The customer is responsible for packing the defective product.

 

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING MATERIALS FOR CONVENIENCE IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT YOU REQUIRE SERVICE.
